eMotion Terms & ConditionBooking Policy Credit card details are required to secure your appointments. Note that we operate a cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge of the treatment booked Monday - Friday and a 100% charge Saturday and Sunday being made. Treatment Courses Courses of treatment are valid for one year only. Buy a course of any 5 treatments & receive the 6th free. Allergy Testing Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting require a 24hr patch test to make sure you are not allergic. So don't forget to book for these. We do not charge for testing or consultations. Children Please note that children under the age of 13 are not permitted into the treatment rooms, for their own safety. Those aged between 13 & 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Gift Vouchers Are available to buy from reception and are valid for 6 months from issue date only. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the spa. You are required to dress and return to your vehicle if you wish to smoke. Mobile Phones: To maintain peace & tranquillity, use of mobile phones is prohibited in all areas of the club. Courtesy: Please be courteous to all other spa users when using the facilities. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to or eject from the spa any user whose conduct is detrimental to any other user's quiet enjoyment.
