eMotion Suite

The eMotion suite allows you to take part in a wide range of studio classes which are available throughout the day

All classes are free for members and cater for all ages. Levels range from high impact to absolute relaxation. All of our qualified fitness instructors are friendly and will ensure you have fun!

Abs Class- exercises specifically for the abdominals and core. We devised this class specifically because the core is the foundation of our bodies and often neglected will lead onto a variety of other problems and injuries. By working the core in synch with the abdominals, we ensure we provide ourselves with the best foundations for ourselves.

Aerobics – A pulse raising choreographed class. The participants will exercise through a variety of enjoyable routines, which will involve high and low impact moves. This is an excellent way to keep in shape if you want to keep your heart healthy but don’t want to spend hours on a treadmill or on a bike. Aerobics will keep you challenged and will ensure that you never get bored.

Aerotone – a mixture of choreographed, pulse raising routines and resistance exercises to tone the whole body. Very similar to aerobics but with more emphasis on resistance training to tone your body.

Aqua – Low impact but highly effective water exercise. The class will include exercises to both raise the heart rate and tone all areas of the body with the use of resistance equipment. Excellent for those who require low impact due to injury or pregnancy, as water will support your body weight and ensure the safest environment to exercise in.

Body & Balance – a mix of relaxation, stretches, core and posture movements. Low impact and for all levels.

Body Sculpt – Sculpt all areas with weight and resistance exercises. Ideal for those who want to either tone up or increase their muscle size. You will be able to work to your own abilities and our instructor will be on hand to provide the safest and most effective exercises for your personal goals.

Circuits – stamina and endurance building workout. The class consists of a number of stations with different exercises. You will move through the stations in 30, 45 and 60 second intervals. A very challenging workout!

LBT – a class that places the emphasis on the legs, bums and tums. It includes a variety of exercises specifically for those areas. Perfect for those who want to keep fit, but are particularly concerned with working out the lower body.

Pilates – a form of exercise that works on a balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility.

Pole Dancing & Aerobic Striptease – get fit while having fun! This class combines a variety of seductive yet tough moves to tone your whole body.

Step – A pulse raising, choreographed class that uses aerobic moves and steps. Similar to aerobics but you will do most of the exercises coming on and off the step. Challenging, sweat inducing and a great workout for your legs.

Spin – High intensity cardiovascular workout using stationary bikes. The classes are between 30 and 45 minutes and will ensure you are constantly on the edge with a mixture of sprinting, climbing and leg challenging workouts.

Spin Circuit – not for the faint hearted! This is our most intense class that involves an hour of non stop endurance and stamina exercises both on the stationary bike and with the use resistance equipment or your own body weight. Very high intensity!

Yoga – a class that concentrates on creating a balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. It involves poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
